As the President of HUREIG, Sebastien oversees all operational and educational aspects of the organization. He structures weekly meetings and teaches a curriculum on core real estate investment fundamentals, including property valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling.
Sebastien is a senior in Leverett House, studying Psychology and Economics. This past summer, Sebastien interned at U.S. Realty Advisors, a boutique real estate private equity firm. He also has prior internship experience in multifamily development and property management.
Sebastien is also an All-Ivy punter for the Harvard Varsity Football Team. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, and cooking.

Michael Oved is a Senior at Harvard College from New York City concentrating in Economics and History. As President of Strategic Initiatives of the Harvard Real Estate Investment Group, Michael oversees the events and outside partnerships of the organization, in addition to developing the long-term strategic vision for the Club.
Beyond his role at HUREIG, Michael was the Vice President of the Harvard Venture Capital Group, where he founded and ran the largest collegiate entrepreneurship conference in the country. He also serves as a Senior Investment Researcher for the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, a Fund Manager at the Tamid Investment Group, and as the Vice President of the Harvard Chabad.
This past summer, Michael interned at Brahman Capital, and he spent the summer before then in Barcelona working at a property-technology startup.
In his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis as well as the piano and guitar.

Jack Botein is a Sophomore from Brookline, Massachusetts concentrating in economics. As Vice President of HUREIG, Jack is overseeing partnerships with real estate companies spanning the nation, assisting these aforementioned firms with deal underwriting.
Jack is passionate about building affordable and sustainable urban communities. Outside of HUREIG, Jack founded the 1636 Leadership Forum. Additionally, on campus Jack is a member of the Institute of Politics.
This past summer Jack worked as an acquisitions intern at the Richman Group, America’s second largest syndicators of high-quality affordable housing.
You can find Jack running on the Charles River, in the maker space at Harvard’s Paulson Engineering Building 3D printing skyscrapers, and exploring restaurants in Boston and beyond.

Rebecca Hirschfeld is a sophomore in Eliot House from Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, who plans to concentrate in Economics and Spanish. This past summer, Rebecca interned at Harri, a human capital management software company, focusing on compliance and industry research. Outside of HUREIG, Rebecca is on the student board of Harvard Chabad. She is also Director of Operations for Harvard TAMID Group and Director of the WIBternship for Harvard University Women in Business.

As Vice President of Operations of HUREIG, Brandon focuses on establishing relationships with real estate firms across the nation and overseeing comp meetings. Brandon is a senior in Lowell House studying Economics with a secondary in History. He has previously interned at Eastdil Secured and Stockbridge Capital Group. Outside of HUREIG, Brandon plays Defensive Line for the Harvard Football Team and the Leadership Institute at Harvard College. In his free time, he enjoys watching Chicago professional sports and listening to country music.

Lilly Xu is a sophomore in Adams studying Environmental Science and Public Policy and Statistics. She is from a rapidly developing region in Florida, which is how she became interested in real estate and land use.

Jaeden Kinlock is a junior at the College, studying economics with a secondary in sociology. This past summer, he had the privilege of interning at Linear Retail, where he rotated through several departments in leasing and marketing, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Jaedens passion for commercial real estate stems from a desire to positively impact society through strategic investments in geography and infrastructure.

Landon Elks is a sophomore at Currier House studying Economics with a secondary in History. He is interested in real estate development and investment, particularly in multifamily residential projects. In addition to HUREIG, Landon is active in the Harvard Venture Capital Group, the Institute of Politics, and The Harvard Crimson Business Board. In his free time, you can find Landon fishing, staying active, and listening to classic rock music.

Brenton is a Junior in Lowell House studying History. Last summer, he worked at Guild Garage Group, a private equity start-up and Wheelock Street Capital, a real estate private equity firm.
In addition to HUREIG, he is a member of The Harvard Lampoon and the TAMID Investment Fund. When he’s not in the classroom, you can find him playing golf, skiing, or rehabbing his ACL.
